Unfortunately my experience with Canuck was poor. I was looking to replace a very large commercial grade exterior facing window with double panelled tempered glass. I knew that the glass panel was larger than average, so this was the first question I asked - whether it was possible - and I was assured multiple times that it was. Due to my landlord's specific and extensive requirements, we emailed back and forth for 3+ months with quotes to make sure all their bases were covered. It was frustrating and I do give Canuck credit for putting up with the constant [changing] requests.Last week we were under a time crunch (by LL) and I asked for an updated quote, which they said it would be sent by EOD. I followed up today and they said: Sorry
