I have had a wonderful experience with the folks at McFaddens. The staff are professional, kind and knowledgeable about the products they carry. Mcfaddens carries hard to find products, I was unable to find the product i needed anywhere else online in Canada. The shipping was fast and arrived sooner than expected. The product I ordered was of excellent quality. Also my emails were responded to in the same business day. Overall I had a wonderful expirience shopping online from Mcfaddens, and I look forward to doing business with them again.

McFadden’s supplies my Cabinet Refinishing Company, Adastra Painting, with the highest quality materials and supplies at a great price. They always have everything you need, and things you didn’t even know you needed.Shout out to Spencer McKenzie who was the sales rep who helped me today. He is incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful and great to work with. Be careful, though, because his attitude will make you want to spend money! I will certainly request that he be my sales rep if possible.All the staff at the front office are positive, organized and efficient. Same goes for the warehouse guys.Very impressed with the service.

White glove service! Initially had some issues placing my online order, so I contacted them directly to help me out. I live in the middle of nowhere so shipping was a challenge.Bruce went over and above the call of duty to assist me in getting my knobs and pulls. I not only received them in timely fashion, but they were awesome. I am so happy with my purchase and they look great!They are now my go-to- place for knobs and pulls!Thanks a bunch :)

As a custom millworker I was impressed with the selection and pricing with my initial purchase. HOWEVER! Note that when you look at the hours of operation online it indicates Open at 8am. After fighting traffic to get here and purchase more hardware, to complete a project, the front door indicates that they open at 10:30 am. After phoning the order desk, the worker says, ‘sorry, I didn’t make the website’.Very frustrating experience at McFaddens, Oakville location.
