The only complaint I have about this store, is the poor conditions the Betta Fish are kept, that is why I am holding one star back. Otherwise the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.The state of the Betta Fish containment is probably due to company procedures rather than the employees doings.

It's so nice to go where people remember you and your pet. Love the nail trimming services at the end of each month. My dog actually looks forward to going and it's not just because he gets togo shopping for a treat at the end.

Put a call in to the store last weekend. Annie(?) answered. Because of Covid I was going to order a pup jacket online. She told me what she had in-store in the size I needed, I had my hubby run over and pick it up, it fit perfectly and Simon was warm and happy before the first snowfall!

Nice store but don't advertise dog washes are available til closing if they're not. Closing the dog wash area at 7:30 while other Pet Valu's are open is inconsistent customer service and false advertising, IMO.

First time in the store and had a bad customer service experience. Was in the store for 20 min and was not approached by staff once to ask if I needed help. Staff were unprofessional and gossiping about customers in front of me while I was checking out.

Would not take rescue donation I brought in. Every other Pet Value I have been has donation bin out on store floor. This store has it “in the back” and only takes donations they approve of.Also one of the only Pet Value stores with no cats for adoption.Disappointing.

Always had great service at the Fort Sask location and today was no different!Needed a new harness for my Pug, but was unsure of the size needed. I know her weight, but not neck or chest measurements which is how the sizing works.The ladies working today were terrific and allowed us to try it on her......well it was perfect, thus our pretty little pugchop wore it out of the store!My go to pet store for limited ingredient dog food as well!
