First time shopper, just got a Stlth type c base, store advertised in their own cabinet for $12.99 however during check out it was sold for $15.99Came home searched online, Stlth website selling for $14.99I work in customer service too, if the staff would simply honour their advertised price, eat the $2 difference, I actually would become their long time customer. I guess i wont be returning.

I've been to the Montreal St location 3 times. The first time they didn't have any of the newer products (~30 day release) in stock yet, but we're otherwise friendly. The second 2 times the doors were locked despite being within opening hours. The most recent trip I tried the door, called the number, and was informed it was open and the staff was there. I knocked and tried again, still locked. 10 minutes later I tried again, locked. 66% chance of the doors being locked and me wasting my time when I arrive? I'll stick to ordering online in the future.

horrible customer service - they will not refund anything even high priced products bought in error. i have been ripped off twice now and their product malfunctions and almost caught fire twiceupdate : the product wasn't used one was still new in the package and we returned it a half hour after my daughter bought it for me in error and you wouldnt refund her money. the first one caught on fire twice when i used it and you wouldnt replace it. that is why i had her return the second one when i realized she went back there.

Little pricey. I paid about 70$ for come smok heads and coils and some juice. However I overestimated the nic level and it was way to strong. The guy was very nice and offered to exchange it for me. Will be back in the future. Clearly a customer mistake and they still wanted to help. Very nice.

I was referred to this location and went in for my first time today. Very helpful and friendly staff. After making my purchase they explained a way to save me a bunch of money by taking advantage of some specials they had. They didn't have to do that..it was very honest and nice of them. I'd definitely recommend this location, and I'll be back.

This store sold me two defective vape devices. I have had to return $ 50.00 worth of vaping devices. They have given me every run around imaginable. The final straw was 10 minutes ago when they told me there was nothing they can do. So buyer beware with the Kingston store. I highly recommend that you never buy your vaping device from them. I am out $50.00 dollars. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever been involved with!!!!!!!!!!!’ Buyer Beware!

Totally different experience from Belleville to The Kingston Stores. I live in Odessa. 1st started in Belleville A+ and than found out about the one that's 15 minutes away in Kingston F. Yup I will never be back, they are rude and have no idea about what the customer wants. Seems like the just want to sell you the most expensive items. They try to push you away from the disposables and onto the juice they sell everytime you walk in the store. $$$ You try to ask questions and it's almost like a slap in the face. I will drive 35 minutes to Vapours Canada in Belleville before I show my face in Kingston again. At least in Belleville they help and are not push people.

price is good but the person working didn't seem to want to help or care to be there. overall happy with my purchases but the customer service left alot to be desired and i would have bought a fair bit more if I didn't feel like an inconvenience
