Our Home Inspection with Howie was really thorough and he took time to explain every aspect of the house. Where things needed attention, he patiently explained what was needed and how urgent they were. We will be using this inspection as a to-do list for the future!We feel much better about the house purchase now that we have had an inspection with Howie.

Howie was very kind and helpful - walked me through every aspect of the inspection and pointed out minor details I did not pick up on! Provided me with a very detailed walk through following his inspection and gave me a number of tips and guidance. As a soon-to-be first time homeowner, his professionalism and attention to detail and invaluable information will undoubtedly serve me in the future!
