We used Sheffield Moving and Storage for a local move and an international move a year later to Barbados, completing in February 2022. A Sheffield representative visited our home and evaluated our items, provided quotes and answered the many questions we had about embarking on this significant event.For the local move, we packed most of our stuff and left the fragile items for the professionals. For the international move the team came in and packed all boxes and wrapped and protected all furniture for shipping. The movers, packers, wrappers all went about their job professionally and with care, for which we were very grateful.As a result of shipping issues being experienced world wide over the past several months, Sheffield had a one day turnaround to secure a container, pack and ready for transport to the port to meet the shipping timeline. I was worried that with the tight timeline items in storage would have been missed but need not have worried.We connected with the local representatives T.S. Garraway, who were responsive and kept us informed when the shipment arrived, the customs process and the delivery. We received our goods without damage or breakage.Moving is very stressful, moving internationally with all the variables even more so. We are very happy that we chose Sheffield to guide us through this process and to deliver our cargo intact.

Outstanding service! We are moving from Canada to Australia and all personnel from Monarch have demonstrated a very high level of knowledge and skill and all have been friendly and helpful as well. Dave took detailed notes and asked astute questions when going through our house to provide a quote. The quote was thorough and competitive with other companies' quotes. Dave answered all my questions quickly and effectively. The packing/wrapping team was also outstanding - strong attention to detail, careful, tidy, friendly, and efficient. The team arrived as expected and worked carefully and diligently over the course of 4 days to pack our furniture and belongings. The removal from the house was also done with due care to ensure walls were not marked or damaged. Good team to work with.

David came in person to do a survey, followed up day and night and his moving crew were on time, clean, friendly, dilligent.
