We met TJ  September 2020.  We were looking to sell our Calgary condo and she was recommended to us by family.This was my first experience selling property.  I was very nervous because it was during Alberta's COVID-19 situation and I was afraid that the condo would take a long time to sell, if at all. The first time we spoke with TJ, she was professional and friendly, which was encouraging.After meeting up at the property, she made some suggestions on what we could do to make our property stand out in a large Calgary condo market. We appreciated her honesty and forthright demeanor.She was so helpful in helping us navigate through the sea of paperwork/information we needed to provide prospective buyers.TJ represented our best interests every step of the way. She always had time to answer our questions and made sure we understood every step of the selling process.Because of her helpful suggestions/ recommendations, our condo was sold 4 days after it was listed. TJ is a great realtor, she helped us sell 2 homes, in difficult times, her advice was professional and accurate, regarding our sale price. She was always available when we wanted to have open house. Thanks to her being on top of the listing we never lost a showing. Most realtors are not as dedicated, we had horrible experiences before.
