Very Very bad and hopeless service. The IPTV is not working since yesterday and they did not bother to pick up phone. In the past also, service is not provided promptly. The owner even does not have etiquette to talk properly. Unhealthy business practices like not informing the customers about subscriptions rate e.g. $15 a month and asking some customers to pay 150 for the full year. Will be taking their unhealthy business practices to appropriate statutory bodies.

I had a technical issue and the gentleman was able to troubleshoot the problem and get it fixed. He was extremely competent and polite and very patient throughout the whole process. Very pleased with the service.

Their content is good, deserve 4 star for sure but customer service is pathetic, which is -3 Star. The basic expectation is that you treat your customers well, it looks like they have enough business that they don’t care anymore. Not picking calls, no response at all for last few days.

If you live far away from Surrey, and are thinking about getting IPTV service from them, Don’t there is always a problem with there service. When you call them no one responds. They say restart your box it will work but it doesn’t. I paid for 2 years subscription with B4U which in reality I shouldn’t have. I am extremely disappointed.

I usually buy phn cases, screen guards from this shop, all they have really great and unique pieces in surrey, i reccommend this shop, i always had great experince with them, great customer care.

They fixed my phn with in two days,, very quick Fantastic customer service! had been wonderful and has gone over and above to help me with my phone, Great price of the every articleand 10/10 customer service. Would recommend this company and will be using it again for future purchases

Their IP TV never works. 90% it’s missing file. All positive reviews are fake I am pretty sure. Don’t buy their services guys. Any question you ask them is a straight NO. Dumb!

B4U I have been with this guys for over 5years and every year they surprise me with better and awesome Customer service. I have them on whatsapp and no need to go to the store . I text them the problems and they reply back with Instruction how to fix the iptv box. Highly recommend place if you want amazing channel surfing in your home. Big thx to all the staff and TJ at B4U.

Extremely bad service service. Us calling them all day yesterday and didn’t answer the phone . I got fed up and went to the store today to find why my iptv got blocked mid subscription. The guy said he fixed it but came home it still didn’t work. I called them and actually talked to someone. They they would fix it without out asking any info and hung up the phone. Obviously they don’t care or have hired incompetent people .
