Worker was very pleasant, we ordered our pizza and went on a drive. The food was really good, the dough was soft and I liked it a lot. Keep it up!

Ordered two large pizzas. Not very good at all . I think someone needs to revamp on how to make a pizza and do a taste test once in awhile. I think i would have been better off eating the cardboard box because thats what it tasted like . Cardboard ! Way overpriced $41.99 for two large is literally “out to lunch” . Wouldn’t buy here again. Hard pass on this one 100%

They hav no flavour anymore… the pizza taste like they forgot to use salt, sugar and spices.. not to mention they forgot to cook my pizza fully, this isn’t the first time we have had issues here!!! They need to upgrade their recipes because they taste like nothing at all!!And They use bacon bits from a jar instead of real bacon bits for salads!!!A huge waste of money untill they change a few things and start taking pride in what they serve!!

Worst pizza in Windsor. Slices are never fresh and the sauce has a sour taste. Only reason it stays open is the lack of other options in town, and even then I'd rather drive into Sacville or New Minas for pizza, it's that bad.

Customer service nightmare.I was not able to hear the person that answers the delivery phone over the background noise. Delivery driver had to call me to verify my incorrect address. Then his payment machine wasn't printing receipts. The poor delivery guy was friendly but what an unprofessional business.I stopped in on another Friday to avoid the mistakes in my address and delivery issues.The pizza cooking belt was filthy, tongs to serve slices were covered in dried on sauce and the manager was yelling at a young driver in front of employees and customers. This must be a terrible place to work.I left. Don't eat here, there's better pizza and cleaner restaurants elsewhere.

I tried calling for 45 minutes before they closed on Saturday, May 6, 2023 and no answer. I finally drove there and got there at 940pm and they refused to make pizza even though the sign said open and the door was open and people inside waiting for their pizza. Another car came as well and they refused service to them. Very unprofessional business.

Girlfriend ordered wings awhile back, they were very unfercooked and she was told she would have a free order of wins.Fast forward to earlier this week and we decide to get delivery. She calls, places the order, and askes about the free wings, gives her name, and yes, they will send that replacement order.Order arrives, wings are cooked this time, to the point of being chicken jerky type things. Guess that fine line between not done and burnt to an absolute crisp is lost on them here...We each ordered donairs, one of them is still in the fridge here. I ate mine, because I was starving, worked all day and just couldn't be bothered, the meat was dry, everything was cold, and well, quite honestly, they didnt even try as far as I can see. Terrible customer experience. Do not recommend
