Worst service, i would have given negative star if i could.Never get to connect to customer service. The waiting time is always more than an hour. No one is that free to be on phone and still not get the issue resolvedDefinitely switching to sasktel

My biggest regret was to leave Access and sign on with sasktel, never in my life have I seen so many repeats with sasktel, honestly 24 hrs a day 7 days a week for two years.I was with Access since the 1973 or there abouts, I'm definately returning to Access in June when that dam Saktel contract runs out.

Worst internet service ever. Modem shut off and reset every 20 minutes and even when it was working internet was choppy, and slow. They say the customer comes first here but that is the biggest lie ever, Scam artists work here. Why pay for something when it doesn't even work how it's supposed too. Smfh. U want good WiFi get with sasktel.

Great Internet and TV service. Community events like the Labour Day Car Show are appreciated as well as the Humane Society Telethon

I have to say my roommate and I are not impressed with the Wifi which has never been great, especially the last year, and which has pretty much failed the last week at our home. We have been customers for over ten years and we are fed up.Access has sent out at least 3 people to fix it the last week (I’m being serious) and it works for a few hours then completely fails. We have been on the phone several times as well and after all this back and forth over the last week we are wondering if they are capable, or even willing, to fix this problem.Not to sound rude but what kind of service is this? Like what WILL IT TAKE to this fix this issue? We have been inconvenienced the whole last week, my roommate had to come home from work several times to meet the technician, and this is simply unacceptable, especially given we have been with you for over 10 years.My roommate works from home half of the time and needs the wifi for his job. I take classes online and I need wifi for that. WE LITERALLY need reliable wifi for our work and schooling and if if can’t be fixed, or you are unwilling to, then let us know so we can go to Sasktel or find another arrangement.Like enough is enough.

Had made arrangements to pay my late bill but they came out and cut off internet anyway and when I called back to make my payment when I said I would they are now making me have to pay a bunch more money to get it back. Settling my bill and moving in from these guys.***update*** They called me back and we came to a very fair agreement. I Paid my bill and should be back up and running again by days end. Thanks for showing compassion.

There will always be the occasional glitch or issue no mater what telecom service provider you go with. What distinguishes Access from others is the customer service and human connection.A phone call is answered by a person not an automated attendant.If their tone of voice says anything...it is clear that Access Communications customer service attendants are proud of what they stand for.

I had an Access tech out here today, and I have to say, he was one of the most polite and efficient techs I have seen in a long time. I'm not sure how much this young fellow is paid, but it most likely is not even close to enough. Techs like this are getting harder and harder to find. Sending him a huge Thank you!!!!!

Service is totally unreliable. For the past year technicians have been here multiple times. Phone calls are 1 - 2 times a week. Technicians are very good but I think access is out of date with there equipment. Last service call was may 5th maybe the tv and internet will work. Today the phone service went out. And it is the usual 6-7 days to wait for a service call. I guess that’s because the technicians are ran off there feet fixing access out dated broken equipment. I would greatly suggest SaskTel for your service provider.
