Dr Angela Jones is one of the most sincere, kindhearted, nicest people I know. She has been there for us during our children’s birth and a cancer diagnosis. Can’t say enough great things about her. Office staff is always great. Consider yourself lucky if you’re part of this family practice.

I am a new patient of Dr Jones and have seen her a couple of times feeling very silly about my issues. She is fantastic, never rushes me, takes care of the problem without throwing pain meds at you. She takes her time to go over various options amd investigates the issue. I seen Dr Johnson in her absence who was also very lovely. The girls at reception as well as the nurses always get me seen promptly and work with my own clinic hours so I do not need to take time off work. Thank you for being awesome!

Have only ever had positive interactions with the Doctors/Reception here. My Son has had all his vaccinations done here and they were extremely good. When the family got covid they advised us what to do. Very family friendly!

After some horrible experiences with doctors I was fortunate to find Birchtree Medical and Dr. Johnson. She is so knowledgeable, compassionate and never rushes her patients. You can talk to her without judgement and she is open to whatever treatment you are comfortable with and will support you if you ask for extra testing. They are a busy clinic because word has gotten out about this exceptional clinic so you may have to wait on hold to make an appointment and may have to book an appointment for 2 weeks later but they do have emergency appointments available if someone is in distress. They have a lot of support staff that run the clinic effieciently as well. I feel fortunate to have such an excellent doctor that I can rely on.

The absolute best family medicine practice! I primarily see Dr. Johnson but have also had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Jackman. Both physicians go above and beyond every single time I see them. I now bring my newborn baby here as well and they are nothing less than compassionate and caring. The nurses and receptionist are also amazing - very kind and understanding. I never have a problem making appointments or having questions answered by the doctors in a very timely matter. I highly recommend this practice. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Went to Dr. Jones' new location for the first time last week. Lovely staff. I saw Dr. Johnson in her absence that day but she was wonderful and kind and gentle and put me at ease in an awkward exam. I read a couple reviews of Dr. Jones and it made me angry to be honest. I've had a few family doctors in my years and she is my favourite. She used to be a nurse and went back to medical school to become a doctor so she has that TLC factor that so many other physicians are lacking. She is just wonderful and thorough. Great job Birchtree Family Medical!
