After over a month of communicating with this business and their office manager Audrey, we confirmed we wanted to go ahead with our quote and project. We were going to install a glass wine rack and glass railings. After weeks of trying to follow up with the assistant on where there were, we finally contacted the owner Claude who said he never received confirmation of our project. This was exceptionally concerning and deterred our entire project. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS they have a lack of communication with their internal staff. There are better options out there…
