Made a call to Eddy about a safe we couldn't find the key for and the touchpad to enter our code was dead because the batteries drained. Sent Eddy a picture of the safe face and he made a suggestion and I got it open right away! No need for a service call and no charge from Eddy. I'll be sure to call him next time I need locksmith services.

5 Star service for Eddy and his team. They added a keyless deadbolt to our old door and re-keyed back and front door.They showed up on time, great knowledge about the keyless and old mortise system.
