I can totally understand why AWS is not accredited with BBB. The acrylic stucco siding was applied to my new home by AWS owner & crew and is definitely not satisfactory. My builder tried to deal with them and was told they would come back the following summer to correct the issues. They did not. I took possession of my house while the issues were still being addressed and this spring was tired of waiting so I contacted AWS myself. I provided pictures and descriptions of spaces stucco had literally fallen off within the first months after application, flashing issues, spaces where stucco was not applied and should have been that is apparent even after landscaping and the sloppy parts. Han's reply was that he understood my frustration, asked who the contractor he worked for and my address. Then stated that he didn't think he had been paid in full for the job. I told him he shouldn't have been paid in full until the job was done to reasonable satisfaction. In further messages he stated that the warranty was only one year. I replied with portion of website info that states 5 year warranty copied and pasted. Both Han and the manager Adolpho have refrained from replying to any further messages. I have also requested a copy of the invoice and have received nothing. I have even requested a quote for repair work and have received no communication whatsoever. I am wondering if the pictures on AWS website is even their own work! I can not file a complaint with BBB because they were hired by my builder not directly by me, the homeowner. Builder has since had to close company doors so I am stuck with the cost of repairs. My recommendation is DO NOT HIRE ALBERTA WALL SYSTEMS LTD. They do not provide good work, do not honor their warranty or stand behind their work. They will also cease communication with you when they should be providing service. I would provide same pics sent to AWS in this review if it was an option.

Absolutely can not be trusted. Has a contract, 3 weeks late to start and then pulls out. I talked them back on site. They set up and quit again. Would not talk about issue.

They bankrupted, quality is 4 out of 10. Sometimes I fix mouldings.
