The carport I had delivered did not match the specifications I provided and after 8 weeks of phone calls the company has done nothing to help remedy the issue. I have offered to pay the difference but they have not provided a single option. They just promise to call back and then don't. I have talked to multiple people and get the same stiff arm" treatment from everyone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY."

You will call in looking for information and pricing and they will use high pressure sales tactics to try and lure you in. They will claim to have something close to what you want that someone has returned and can give you a smoking deal if you firm up same day. I would look elsewhere for steel buildings.
