Very rude behaviour over the phone. Got service on June 24,2023 and when called almost more than 20 times answered just one time as did not get final receipt by email. While talking over the phone person hang up phone on me. Very disappointed and disgusting customer service. They can just help customer who is at there location and they are not answering over the phone as over the phone they are not talking to customer.If google allows me to give rating in minus will give -10.Very bad experience.

Walked in and no staff available or willing to help me. They tried running up to me in the parking lot when I was leaving and I told the guy if you can't be available to help me I'll take my business else where. He started swearing at me and getting mad. Like getting mad at a customer for trying to buy merchandise? Moved my reservation to Century as I wouldn't feel comfortable coming back to pick up a rental. Poor service!

They need a new manager. He is argumentative and has no solution for customers with no credit cards, and he makes an excuse as to why customers cannot use debit visas to pay $100 damage deposit fee. You can pay it via using a debit card at all the other locations except here. You can’t rent here unless you have a credit card. He is literally losing business and if he keeps it up he will drive this business into the ground, if the damage has not already done that is. Terrible service. And looking at the other negative reviews I can see I’m not the only one whose had a bad experience.

Terrible Service!!!.... Disgusting!. I wish there is a rating less than 1 or even zero rating, this is what this place and their representative deserve. Never seen a worse U-Haul place. Very unwelcoming and snobbish. I also wished I had read the reviews here before going to this awful U-Haul dealership resident on Blue Water Carwash at 1761 Pembina Hwy, I wouldn't have. Please beware of this place. The manager is subtle and will charge you for what you did not sign up for. Very fraudulent. I didn't sign up for any coverage and he charged my credit card for $15 extra for something he did not discuss with me. When I went back to get my money back, he said it cannot be reversed and that I should remind him when next I come (as if I use U-Haul every day). Arrant nonsense. Very unprofessional and lacks customer service ethics. Treats you with disdain and with a very unpleasant attitude. I wouldn't encourage anyone to go to this place unless they change this manager named Saad. He even calls himself the boss" ha ha ... I wouldn't know why you will remove money from someone's card without their consent. THIS IS FRAUD! ... Please BEWARE!!!.. I just have to live with the reality of loosing money now. Never knew people like this still exist in this place. Very sad when people have intent to always cheat others... very very sad. I will never set my foot here again. Crook and rude management."

Wouldnt wish dealing with this place on my worst enemy, rated it one star on my other account already, realized that wasn't enough, needs another one star review so people understand not to go here.

In February 1, 2022 they provided me a 10 feet U-Haul truck with all season almost bald tires. It was -15 C that day with heavy snow storm and low visibility. I got stuck 3 times that day and was close to car accident few times. At the end of the day when snow stopped already, they did not bother to clear a path to their parking lot and allowed people stuck on the way in or out.

Very terrible and dubious set of workers- Manager inclusive. I rented a truck. They gas calibration was analogue and confusing. I thought l was dealing with honest people- never. I returned the truck after 23miles/ refuelling and still got charged $40. I talked to call centre rep Urim , who was not straight forward like others. The Manager of Pembina called me after 3 day complaining thetbhe just returned from 3 days trip- working for whom?. He argued with me unreasonably and eventually agreed to refund . He refunded $28 instead of $40 charged wrongly. The Manager was very rude. I lnhave opportunity, l will score the center negative 25. The center is technically set up to defraud people

Over charged me for 100 mileages and insurance and taxes. When I asked to change the contract he doesn't want to change it. Prepare contracts with mistakes and made customers sign it like frauds. Never answers their business phone. Very rude and no respect for people. Made me go there five times still didn't solve my over charge issue.

I've rented from TrueBlue / Uhaul numerous times and they have never let me down. They've always had the equipment I booked. Friendly staff. No unwanted surprises. I will continue to rent from this location.
