A couple of years ago my family doctor referred me to this practice. I scheduled an appointment but had something come up the day of and had to cancel. They confirmed my cancellation but when I tried to call to reschedule they never returned my call. I then left a voicemail a couple of weeks later asking for another appointment and was never called back.This is incrediby unprofessional for any service, but even more innapropriate for a therapist to do this to someone seeking help.

Had an appointment, the therapist recommended another appointment, and when I had to reschedule they said they would call me but simply never did. Just received an automated cancelation email. Obviously, I haven't been back.Waste of time and money.

I came across Dr. Woulff and Associates when I was going through a rough period of my life and needed some support. Dr. Woulff helped match me to the psychologist she thought would be best suited for my needs. My therapist helped me with coping strategies to get me through a difficult time. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
