The Post Hole Company

Had a very smooth experience with Phil and his team for Dig & Set of 11 posts 6x6x10, 12” holes, and costing $880 (cheaper than equipment rental, delivery, and concrete if I did it alone). The team of 4 arrived as expected at 9:25am and were finished by 10:40am. My fence posts are along a hedge and a huge tree – all other fencing or digging companies either didn’t respond or demanded the removal (at a fee of course), but Phil was able to get through roots and place the posts where I had flagged. They started with a string line, sprayed the locations, then dug & poured concrete. Phil also provided some suggestions about how I should best continue with building my fence. I was worried because of some harsh online reviews, but if you read their website FAQ then everything will be smooth!

Would not recommend. Foreman and crew are rude and unprofessional. One of the crew was leaning on my car with the boot up when I came out to greet them and the foreman is unreasonable person. Poor listening and customer skills. Find another company/crew.

Great company very good communication upfront about pricing the 4 man crew that came was professional and did the job as we asked would recommend very fast job and quality did not suffer excellent set up of machines/trailer very happy with the job.

Very satisfied with the work done. They were a few hours late due to a flat tire which is understandable . Good communication from their customer service who kept me in the loop during that waiting time. A crew of 3 nice guys dedicated and well organized. I would definitively call them back for a future project.

Used this company on 2 of my projects so far and they far exceeded my expectations. Very professional, knowledgeable and quick! This is the company to call for all your fence posts and deck footings. Jeff and his crew went out of their way to make sure my posts were straight and as close as possible to a tight spot I needed dug. Thank you guys.

The experience with the guys on site was amazing. Andy and the guys work extremely fast and efficiently when they had come dug out some holes for me. Saved me a ton of time digging on my own as well as few hundred bucks from having to rent any equipment.I would highly recommend them if you need fence posts or deck footings dug out. Extremely kind and knowledgeable team with loads of experience. I look forward working with them again very soon.

The post hole company was amazing. From the initial telephone call to schedule the work. They arrange to have all locates completed and it took calling another company out of the equation. This made our life simple. They arrived on time and were quick to get the job completed in a quality manner. We also ran into problems with enbridge gas in regards to a gas pipe and the post hole company, specifically Marlene, went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue so we could get our fence built. I highly recommend the post hole company. Amazing customer service and work completed.

Jack and crew did an awesome job digging the holes, helper crew came and set the posts. Worked around an equipment failure like a team and got the job done quickly.

I'd like to share my experience with this company. There are many reasons you'll want to call these guys over any other company that does this.1. They're extremely communitive.2. The day of appointment, they have a automated phone that gets updated every hour or so, telling you when they're slotted to be at your house.3. Shows up with a crew of guys, not a one man show.4. Price, price, price, they're not looking to get rich off your one job.5. They don't throw 2 bags of secrete and spray with water hose down the hole. They literally bring they're own mixer and concrete and wheel barrel them to your hole.6. Literally fill the hole full of concrete, right from 4' deep.7. I was extremely worried about my fence line as there's huge trees in the way. They're machinery cut right throw the roots. AMazing.8. I didn't have to call for locates, they do it for you.If I'm being 100% honest I can keep going on, these are just some of the positives I took from hiring them to do my job. I couldn't be happier and I thank every single one of you guys, who helped out. But most of all, the office girls. They were amazing, they ensure you're comfortable with everything, they were there every single time I needed a question answered. I couldn't say one negative thing, and to me that's hard to find. Especially, seeing I found them on kijiji. I will not hesitate to call them when I need again in the future and recommend them to anyone. Thanks again The Post Hole Company for the great job.

This is my second time working with the post hole guy team. if you are reading this>>>JUST CALL THEM , your search is over<<<<< they are professional, friendly and fair. The work was exceptional, they showed up when scheduled and communication was fantastic. i have nothing but praise for these guys and would not call anyone else for fence or deck holes.Thanks AgainManfred K
