This lady is truly amazing, I do not understand why she has negative reviews. I have been doing my labels with her for over 3 years and she is always on top of things. Fast quick and honest!!

I called this location 10 times between 2 different numbers before anyone picked up. The Lady « Ying » finally picked up and when I asked her about a certain printing job, she said « We don’t do this job » and she hung up on me without even letting me finish my sentence. You shouldn’t have somebody like that running your business as it does not work and neither does it invite anyone like myself to come back. In fact I will tell people NOT to come back to this place. Head office or management, should reconsider the kind of staff they hire to manage their business.

This location is actually TR copy had awful service. The product arrived two business days after deadline. Printing was faded and inconsistent.The manager Ying simply said Our printers here are very bad and you should not come back." I would have to agree."
