And definitely homes with fair maintenances, good taste of furniture and decorations will sell better.I used their service for my listing staging last month. Almost everyone who stepped into the house said “WOW”. And the house was so popular that it was sold way higher than the asking price. I had many buyers and Realtors asked me for their business cards during the 80+ groups of showings.Thanks to the FEI designer who is ONE OF A KIND interior designer with architect background and 10yrs + experience that I’d like to work with or recommend to my clients and friends. Their design is DIFFERENT than many homes staging that I have visited before. There is nothing wrong with those formulated show homes staging, just…. there is something missing…. They all look very similar, and you can’t see too much characters or stories in them. I got bored after viewing so many of them until I saw FEI’s staging…..And I felt love with the fascinating blends of color combinations and the “fit to toe” (I made up this phrase to express how suitable) furniture they used. Also, the unique, artistic, boutique and elegant taste of the interior designs and decorations brought the joyful and delighted atmospheres into the home which gave the home a chance to present its new and different sides to people.For my clients' home interior designs, home decorations and furniture purchases, their excellent taste in designing and finding the right decorations amazed me and my clients every single time. And they do the job efficiently and they charge very fairly!I don’t write reviews unless I think it is worthy being recommended. Sold our 33 yrs townhouse in three days with FEI design's help! (Sold price is over asking price about 11%) We decided to stage our home last minutes and they did a very efficient and fantastic job and the price is very reasonable. What impress us is that we don't have to move out every furniture we have, they did great job of combining ours and theirs to make the the final project shine. Definitely recommend their service, the result exceeds our expectation, best investment ever!
