I went to lush in square one with my friends today just to check it out. We went in and it was an AMAZING experience! All the employees were so kind and especially Sarah!!! She was so kind to us and answered all the questions I had! She let us try some products and we even had a hand massage!!! I bought a moisturizer and honestly it is GREAT. I don’t think I will forget this experience and thank you Sarah for making it so awesome!!!!

I think Lush has definitely bounced back! The staff are very kind, and I've always loved their vibe. I'm starting to enjoy their newer products. It was such a happy surprise to see products promoting the new Super Mario movie. It is such a cute & clever collab. I highly recommend the 1 up cube. Each are a fizzing bath bomb, and have either a fireflower, star, coin, or a red or green mushroom soap inside. Adorable!It was such a fun shopping experience. Through conversations with staff, we bought 2 cubes, 3 soaps, and a shower gel.If you love vegan soaps, bath, body, and cosmetics, a super friendly atmosphere, Lush is a must visit.

I went with three of my friends, the staff there were very helpful but the most memorable thing was how casual and fun it was to talk to the employees, specifically Sarah made my first experience there very memorable :3

Its an amazing store with great products being all natural ingredients and that all proceeds go to charity. Not to mention the service was excellent and recommended an amazing cream for my daughters dry skin theyvare very attentive and supportive staff.

This lush always has amazing customer service but I just wanted to share some gratitude on an experience I had here. I was buying a gift tin, the girl at the cash packed it so perfectly but accidentally forgot an item, I had a lot so it was understandable and it was later in the evening, I came the next day and they gave me a bag full of amazing samples, there are so many and I'm so excited to use them! They where extremely apologetic and even though they didn't need to be, I really appreciated it! :)

I always have a fantastic experience at lush and today was no exception! Anna helped me today and she was wonderful- knowledgeable, kind and prompt. She had excellent attention to detail and made me feel super welcome. Despite being the only staff member on the floor, she answered all my questions and greeted every customer as they entered.Lush please hire more Annas!

Anna is the pinnacle of customer service. She was attentive to the needs of my wife who is pregnant, and was able to quickly switch and provide advice to me, a young man going through chemotherapy. I'm not one to use lush, so it's not like I went in expecting any service. Anna and all of the other staff members there were willing to come and give me some advice or any help I required. Thanks to Anna I will be recommending the store to anyone I know who's looking for soap or creams.

The CSR, I think named Chris, was very helpful and provided many suggestions and alternatives. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy something. Not to mention the store always smells great!
