My Baba is currently in this facility. The staff should be ashamed of them selves on how they treat her.

The staff are wonderful, definitely 5*. Seems like food and activities are very good as well. But yes, a old building, showing it's age...

The staff here are very nice and attentive, they visit every hour sometimes 3 times an hour. The place however is very rundown and archaic. There is a lack of diversity in the patients. The smell here is like a zoo because it basically is, they have a fish tank and two birds in the circle where they leave patients to mingle in. There are also I believe two cats (or it got really fat within a day) that wonder around that while most residents like, will bother others who aren’t as fond of it. There is also a lot of profanity (not to the staffs fault) so definitely don’t bring young children here if you can. This place needs a serious face lift.

One of the worst nursing homes in the city. Staff are horrible and lazy. Someone could die and no one would notice for hours. Staff are not attentive. I have witnessed residents ring their call bell and no one comes. Staff have been caught being abusive towards residents. This is a place you wouldnt want to put a stray dog in. Just beware.

this is one of the worst places in the city. The doctor does not care for the patients and prescibes seroquil to them so they are not disruptive. If you want your family members to rot and die, send them here. I witnessed a man sitting in his own urine for 2 hours as many staff just walked around him. A sad excuse for a care home this place is. There are many law suits going on because of the care this place brings. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!
