Big T's BBQ & Smokehouse
I will never forget the meal and experience I had tonight at Big T's. We ordered several items to share: the Super Salad, Smoked Wings, and Sweet Potato Fries. As an afterthought, we added a 1/4 pound of Brisket.Everything was very good, but the Brisket was PHENOMENAL, some of the best I have ever had, and I am always trying Brisket.If I ever come back to Calgary, this will be first on my list.

Great spot for BBQ! Especially if you're staying at one of the hotels on the strip near by. Super convenient, a few minute walk down the road. We were greeted with a smile, got seated on the patio super fast, and our server was delightful. Drinks came out almost instantly after being ordered, and the food followed shortly after. The service was on point!The brisket poutine is a must! This thing was loaded with what looked liked a half pound of brisket, not just some shavings like some places. Bug delicious chunks of brisket on a load of fries and big chunks of cheese. The shrimp was divine, it's the sauce, that sauce should be sold in stores it's so good. And at the end of a good meal comes an equally good bill, except this one was just right. We even took leftovers and enjoyed them the next day. A definite must if you're close by!

We got the platter and it was an excellent choice. Enough food for 3 people. The food is very tasty and the staff members are very friendly . I’ve gone to a few different bbq smokehouse restaurants in the past and this one is definitely the best

Big T's BBQ & Smokehouse
Went to Big T's for a group event with 16 people. When we arrived, there weren't enough chairs or tables together - even though we had previously made reservations. Our server was helpful given the size of the party, but we ended up having to create our own space for our team to sit together.I wanted to have a non-alcoholic beer but they ran out (it happens) so tried a cranberry soda instead that was decent.Overall, the food was good but nothing to write home about. The meat and cornbread were dry. Some of my colleagues had similar complaints for their meals.For a quick BBQ fix this place is alright. Personally, I prefer my food to be a bit juicer and well-seasoned. I would go back to try a different meal with a smaller party to see if that makes a difference.

We had an excellent meal here this evening. Fantastic meatloaf, excellent dirty rice, delicious spicy coleslaw and a very nice hazy IPA. Our server was great. The vibe was friendly, relaxed and generally happy. A variety of seating options in a super clean room with interesting, subdued decor. A win all round with very fair prices. My husband loved his pulled pork sandwich as well. We will be back.

This place was okay. We walked in and were able to sit on the patio which was nice. When the waitress asked for our drinks and started to ask for drinks off of the menu, too much of a surprise they basically had none of the beer that was on the menu, in stock... Which is kind of a bummer.I ordered the baby back ribs half rack, and my friend ordered the St Louis style half rack.My ribs were a little bit dry but my friends ribs were really good. The barbecue sauce is sweet and tangy but if you get the bottles from the waitress you can add a bit of your own custom mixture to it.The spicy coleslaw is truly spicy so beware. The fries are pretty good as well.Don't know if I'd go back,6.4/10 I do recommend

Big T's BBQ & Smokehouse
During a 10 day trip to Alberta, we ate here the night before we flew home. This was by far the best meal we had all week. We ordered the Big Ts platter and not only was it a lot of food it was delicious. My kids told me after having this brisket they learned I need to get better at smoking my own! If I am ever in Calgary again I will come back.

BigT’s doesn’t look much from the outside, but once you step in it’s a really nice place. Staff are friendly well informed about the food and drinks. The food was excellent baby back ribs were excellent, spicy coleslaw was Spicy! Overall really glad I went here for dinner.

Absolutely amazing experience here. The service was friendly and quick and the restaurant was very comfortable. The food was the store of course! We got the $60 platter and everything on it was great. The Brisket and the ribs were our favourite. We also got mac n cheese on the side, which was amazing! All of that fed 3 people which I think is pretty amazing for such a popular and high quality food serving restaurant. Thank you, and we are so excited to come back!
