United Transportation Driver Training

I got my class 1 license from here.They taught me every single step very sincerely and carefully until the road test.I am very thankful to them and their instructors Rick, Thomas and Chester were very amazing and helpful.I recommend every one here to get class 1 training

Everyone at United has been awesome. All instructors were incredibly knowledgeable AND patient. I looked around at most of the driving schools in Winnipeg, United had amazing reviews and now I know why. I'll be sure to pop by and see you all again with my truck and trailer one day soon. Thank you.

After checking out a few other driving schools, I was absolutely thrilled to have gotten in with United. The class size is small (only 6 students) which gives everyone plenty of opportunities to ask questions and recieve quality education. The office staff is very encouraging and friendly. The instructors are fun and friendly and have a wealth of knowledge and experience to get you the knowledge you need to pass the MPI roast test. Special thanks to Rick for sharing 7008 and to Thomas for answering all my questions and being a calm clear voice while i was learning. Also want to thank Norm, Chris, Harry, Ryan, Micheal and Jeff. You guys are awesome.

Thank you to the staff at United. I wasn't sure I would be capable of getting my class 3. But working with Rick was amazing. He has patience and great knowledge. If anyone is thinking of becoming a Professional driver, this is the place to go. It sure is worth the trip.

nothing against the school or trainers because I didn't go to this school but I called yesterday to inquire about renting a truck and trailer for my upcoming road test in Steinbach as they are hard to find out there, and instead of saying yes or no the lady who answered the phone told me if I failed my other road tests I should just retake the class/ need more training. having no knowledge of what happened, how good I did or what I failed on, I didn't really care for her opinion. again not calling to trash the school just maybe she shouldn't state her opinions to the public. really wasn't appreciated as words have an impact, especially rude ones. If we're giving opinions this lady should receive more training before answering phones againgood day

As a recent graduate I would highly recommend this school. The instructors, administrators, and office staff are all very professional, friendly and are able to help you get your driving career on the right path.In my class, all of us passed, and we have been able to make some great friendships.While many driving schools just seem to be focused on making money, United Transportation is only focused on providing the highest level of training possible to best prepare new professional drivers.I am so glad that I enrolled in this school and I know that I will maintain my relationship with them by providing references and recommendations to future students to attend here.

This driving school has good reputation. I learnt a lot from here. Almost all the trainers are very nice and patient. Sometimes some trainers the way they teach you is not fit you, you can just tell officer to change. It’s so flexible. Thanks for Michael and Cris, they taught me how to back properly and made me driving confidently on the road. Norm helped me to practice the hardest corner again and again. Rick gave me tons of interesting class time. The time in the United is so unforgettable for me. I strongly recommend thisdriving school.

By far the best training school in Manitoba. Other friends and family members have all gotten their training here and passed their road test on their first try. I went through the MELT program at another training school and did not have a good experience at all, so I signed up for the 20 hour refresher course at United. The instructors are professional, very easy going and patient, with years of experience in both trucking and training, and a lot of stories. They were able to answer all my questions and explain how everything works. Their methods for learning the inspections are simple, to the point, and easy to remember. I had the pleasure of working with Chris, Ben, Norm, and a few others and all worked hard to get me ready for the road test. They have fantastic and very helpful videos on their website to learn the inspections (password protected), and their trucks are newer models, clean and in good condition. Jolene was friendly, easy to communicate with and very accommodating to my schedule. I passed with 0 errors, thanks to their hard work and their daily encouragement. If you're thinking of getting your class 1, go with this company. There is a wait list, but for good reason. You want to wait to get in here instead of going with another school. I didn't and I wish I had.
