The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. We foster for Heart and Soul Dog and Cat Rescue, who work closely with Watcom Bosleys and we are always happy with our visits to the store.

Excellent staff! Very helpful and they were all great with the kids.

I was in this evening to have nail trims for all three of Mini Dachshunds. The team of ladies were very kind and helpful.I was especially impressed by the staff member Bella and her willingness to go over and above to not only help with nail trims, but also how gentle and sweet she was with all three dogs. She took the time to help me purchase tags, suggest toys and kindly assist with an exchange. I could tell that she was very busy helping other customers, in between helping me, but never once did she show or make me feel that my requests were too much.I’m 6 months pregnant and struggled to carry the dogs and their kennel inside the store and when I left Bella kindly agreed to help me carry the heavy kennel safely out to my vehicle. I will definitely shop at this location again. Great experience!

My favorite Pet store of them all. The Lady's that work here are kind, professional and always serve the people with a smile. They have great adoption days for the animals , And do so much for the animals & community. I highly recommend coming here !

Bring my pup in once a week. The staff is friendly and pretty knowledgeable. Large variety of everything. Self baths are amazing. Store is well kept.

Love this location! The staff are always friendly and helpful. They give great recommendations for our pup who has dietary restrictions. They are open until 9 pm on weekdays which is convenient. They also have a dog washing station and carry frozen raw food. I highly recommend Bosleys for the variety of food they carry & for the knowledgeable staff.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. They always make great recommendations and have lots of items in stock that you may need for your pet. You can get your pet groomed here as well

Love this store!We adopted our kitten, Calamity from here in June. The volunteers and staff are always great, the store is super clean, and the shop cats are well cared-for.Brenna helped us pick out a sweater for our kitten and I can't wait to try it out.Definitely check this store out if you have any pet needs. They have EVERYTHING: harnesses, food, treats, toys, a dog wash, pet furniture, litter, and super friendly staff to help you out.
