I had the most amazing experience at the Killarney location. I called Kyle 3 or 4 times and he was awesome each time. He helped me navigate the site, pick out the ejuice I wanted and gave some good advice on how to mix 3 and 0 so I could make 1.5 (I'm trying to lower my nicotine levels). THEY HAVE SAME DAY HOME DELIVERY! You just need to order before 1:30 pm and spend over 50.00$This is my go to Vape Shop!! Thanks Kyle and Russ :)

Every experience from the first time months ago till today have always been an amazing visit. I only come in on fridays and Saturdays but the guy who works there (never caught his name) always makes it a welcome experience. Definitly my new favorite vape shop.

I was driving from Edmonton to Calgary and the employee was super kind to ask me what community I was staying in. She made it easy for me and dropped my package off at a closer location for me to grab. Walking into the store the staff was just as friendly, the store was welcoming and their prices were super fair. It was easy to find thanks to that amazing employee. Thank you.

Had some time to kill in Calgary last weekend and found myself in this vape store asking questions. Not only did I get the answers I was looking for but especially educated on the products and pricing from a master of his trade. I thank you Kyle for taking time from your busy day to help me understand the products you sell and how cost effective the products you carry can become for the right customer.Finding great customer service with a smile is very hard these days and I can’t say how much I appreciate that. They have a rewards system that is very generous! The staff are very knowledgeable on products. The one guy (dont know his name) I can tell he genuinely wants his customers to have what's best for that individual person. There isn't a rush through or just give the customer what they want. He takes the time to actually figure out what the customer is going to benefit from most. Love this place!
