Purchased a new Audi Q3 from Steve in December. Amid the extreme cold weather and snow covered vehicles, he was able to demonstrate the vehicle with enthusiasm. Additionally, he was quick to respond to emails and phone calls. A seamless buying experience and a wonderful new Audi in my driveway. Contacting with Glenmore Audi before coming in was great. Getting in touch was fast and replying was quick. The experience with sale person was not so great. We felt like the sale person doesn’t want to sell us the vehicle. I’m not sure if this is the new trend when buying a new vehicle. There was couple times that i almost give up buying a vehicle there. The finance person was really nice, worked very fast on our paperwork, and helping us. The delivery service was such a great experience. She explained a lot of things I didn’t know. She also reached out to see if we have any troubles with our vehicle. Overall experience is good.

I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. I was recently looking to buy a new vehicle, and the process of going around the dealerships was interesting to say the least. Some places wouldn't take me seriously as a younger looking single female, while other places wouldn't even address me directly, and would only deal with my dad whom I brought along to help inform me in my choice.Steve Giles in sales was excellent, and immediately understood my needs, the vehicle I was looking for, and didn't try to upsell me on anything that wouldn't be necessary or useful to me. Trent Loch in financing made the process incredibly smooth with very little work on my end, and Caitlin Thompson in delivery walked me through every feature in the vehicle to help orient and get me on my way. After some negative experiences at other luxury dealerships I cannot recommend the team at Glenmore Audi enough for their honesty and commitment to customer service.
