During the week they are great but don’t go anywhere near this place on the weekends horrible service and incompetent staff unable to properly make coffee.

The service is good and very friendly. This particular TH suffers from being in a bit of a bad location. The drive-thru does get backed up right into the main road. It pays sometimes to just run in. Other than that, the food is standard to TH's typical quality.

2023-02-28 mardithey were closed at 6pm with no signs anywere except when you got too the window after waiting for like 15min

Service and food quality is hit or miss depending on the shift you get at this place, especially near weekend times. If you get the shift with a bunch of teens/students, expect your food portions to be wrong or incorrect (giving me a half filled iced cappuccino, really?). Product tends to be decent, but everything is thawed from flash frozen, so 'fresh' is only in someone's imagination.

It's Tims! For me always a 5 star. Just wish they wouldn't give you slimy lettuce in your wraps and sandwiches. I always ask for fresh and then I check it before leaving the store.
