We purchased beef from Dave a couple months ago. We love the taste and quality. We are a family of 3 adults and 3 kids, we purchased a 1/4 cow. Definitely a repeat buyer here!

Great tasting beef, humanely raised animals and using rotational grazing which truly does restore the land. Also very nice people to deal with.

If I could rate this higher than 5 stars, I completely would! I have been thrilled with my purchase of 1/4 cow, and it has lasted my mainly beef eating family months. We are counting down until we can order a 1/2 cow next time. We received approximately two large grocery boxes filled with neatly packaged roasts, steaks, bones, ground beef, etc. Customer service is top-notch, and I don't think I'll ever buy from the grocery store again! They also have a wonderful selection of pork. Can't say enough good things about Dave and the farm.
