The employee did not seal my (overpriced) alcohol which cost $320USD! I couldn't take it through security at my connecting flight. It's also been really hard to reach out to customer service for any help about it.

The store is really neat. They offer a lot of great and quality products. The customer service is great. The sales associates were kind and friendly. I absolutely appreciate Lila. She was more than willing to work with me. She is extremely helpful.

I recently lost my cell phone at Sea Tac Airport and somehow it ended up in the Duty Free Shop. I didn't realize it was missing till I got on the plane. Once I got home, I phoned it and a casher, Agnes, answered it. She then got it back to a friend of mine who is now shipping it back to me! This is above and beyond the role of a casher and I am so thankful she did it. There are still a lot of great people in the world! Thanks Agnes! Arlo

Rude Chinese cashiers and staff. No smile or courtesy. Asked price for Bioterm face cream and did not realize price was taped in the bottom. Cashier rolls her eyes at me. Terrible service.

I just bought alcohol duty-free. The employees didn’t tell me. They use my boarding pass but didn't tell me I can’t take it when I need to transfer the flight. So yeah I lose money. $300. Because in Japan I can’t take them with me. They were supposed to be in a STEB, special certified bag. Narita Airport Reps told us the Duty Free Store should have bagged it and alerted the airline.

This review is based on staff alone. Not only unhelpful but notably rude, one employee in particular working in the fragrance section seemed to be blatantly trailing a few feet behind customers including myself eyeing them suspiciously for no apparent reason and completely violating their personal space. It made everyone visibly uncomfortable and many left the store. I’ve never left a review anywhere before but the entire thing was so odd and off putting Duty Free is unfortunately the first exception, can’t say I’ve ever experienced anything like it or will be going back again.
