All good except I wasn't told that there would be a HST on top of appraisal fees. Other than that I am pleased.

Hired them to appraise my mom’s estate as per our Lawyer recommendation. The appraiser is easy to talk to, fee was reasonable, very prompt in producing appraisal report which was very detailed, making my requested changes as per our lawyer request.
