The handicapped parking space by the accessible door is way too small compared to the regular space right beside it. A car was parked as close as it could be to that spot and there was no way to get out if unable.The other spot is by the exit because when you go in that door and try to go to the till at the entrance the customer will yell at you to go to the other side, which you need to go around in the seating area to get to. And once we did, a line formed at the till we were at and they were all served. We left. I will never go back

Be very careful at this location. If you use the app to pay they will sat that scan&pay didn't go through and request cash. After a few minutes you'll notice on your app the money has been taken and you paid double. Somebody might be skimming money

This location always overcharges me when ordering through drive-thru. The most current transaction i was charged $7+ for a bagel and gingerale.The owner is not likely to give you a refund so make sure you question every item and always request a receipt with purchase.Sadly this is the closest location to me but I'd rather drive to southdale and give them my service and $$.

I went down there, 30 minutes after opening and they still weren't open, nor did they have actual hours posted on the door. Either the hours on the website are inaccurate, or they're lazy and not actually getting the store ready for opening. Either way, waited around for 10 minutes, and left. Update your store hours, or get better staff who are able to get the shop open on time.

Store should have some ac in there, place was excessively hot. I understand the temperature has warmed up and they are cooking inside but those workers are there all day. Get them some ac.

The two stars are for the staff or else I would leave 1. The staff are why I come to this location. They are wonderful and kind and helpful.My issue is the wait on counter is usually over 20 min on a regular bases due to lack of staff and drivethru taking priority over counter. Not only is this location the slowest it is also the worst kept. The bathroom is in need of repair still! I did a review years back because they had the same iasue?? This has been an issue for this location for years and the cleanliness is lacking. Very run down looking.Honestly I don't think the staff are the problem I think it's the owner. I heard it is a old guy that want to retire and just stopped caring about his stores.

Jeremy at Tim hortans was really beyond helpful, my grandma suffered a fall in their location and he was genuinely concerned as much as I was and very supportive. He deserves a raise for the minimum wage he gets in return. Amazing.

How does a tim hortons run out of cream so had to have a ice capp made with milk and a tea with milk not very good. This timmies is falling down hill slow service half tje time you place a mobile order and when you get there its not ready or even staryed yet they are all at drive thru anyway a coffee shop tjst has no cream why even open lol
