Absolutely great place to get your treatments in! I have been attending massage therapy here with Bernard for many years, and he is phenomenal! I’ve also attended in with Kelvin (my current favorite) and James, both who have also been amazing! I’ve heard nothing but great things about the other RMTs here as well!I have also attended acupuncture with both physicians, and see Dr. Jonathan Zhang continually. He’s very patient, knowledgeable and personable.Aside from the hands on treatments, Victor (physiotherapist) has also been very helpful with my recovery!The owner (Audra) and one of the current main receptionist (Jackie) and the rest of the team are very friendly and personable. I would strongly recommend you to take a visit here for your needs - they also have counseling services available now!

This review is long overdue. I have been going to this clinic since May 2022 after an MVA and had a whiplash injury. My massage therapist Audra has been really good in just giving the right pressure whenever I have treatments and has really helped in my recovery. My muscles feel less stiff and more relaxed after each session! I have also tried 2 other massage therapists Bernard and Morley and they are also both good. Each of them have different techniques but they are all good and very helpful. Will highly recommend any of them!I have also been seeing my physiotherapist Victor and he’s one of the best physiotherapist I have worked with (I have seen several physiotherapists in the past and I’m a physio myself) He’s very good with manipulation and has really helped in my recovery especially in increasing the mobility of my neck and shoulder. I will highly recommend him!Lastly , I have also been seen by the acupuncturist/TCM Dr. Jonathan Zhang. I can feel that my muscles are more relaxed and less stiff and I’m in less pain every after session with him. He’s very intuitive in knowing where your painful areas are and works on that with the result that at the end of his treatment you will feel less or no pain in those areas. Highly recommend!On top of all these, Evolve has amazing clinic assistants and the clinic is very clean and I feel always safe to get treatments even during the pandemic.

I have been going to Evolve for many, many years and for the last few years have been seeing Bernard. I cannot say enough good things about him. He is certainly an excellent massage therapist, always working out the kinks and knots in my body. I highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed!

Bernard is one of the best Massage Therapist I have ever met. You made such a different for my back and shoulder. I would highly recommend Bernard to my friends. I also had my Acupuncture with Dr. Jonathan Zhang and I would say that He is the best acupuncturist so far. I have been with other acupuncturist before but I never had the good experienced that I had with Dr. Zhang. My back and shoulder pain respond well.Kaithlyn, the receptionist is also an asset to Evolve. She even reminded me for my next appointment. Over all rating is 5 stars. Great job Evolve staffs.

I had an amazing experience with Carlos. He was attentive with my needs, and would check in to ensure that the pressure is just right. Very kind, very professional.

I decided to call the clinic because my movement was very limited due to a sprained back - even Standing for ten mins was hard for me. I was taking pain relievers for a week and tried stretches but the pain in my back would not go away.After calling 8 different clinics near me, Kaitlin answered my call. She was very patient in answering my questions and was very thorough in checking for available schedules.The therapist, was also thorough in asking me questions about my pain. Bernard literally gave me a life changing massage therapy. After 1 session, I was able to regain 80% mobility of my back ( it was around 40% before the therapy)Prices are also very reasonable given the cleanliness of the place and quality of the treatment.It may take a few more sessions to get back to 100% but I can now move around without feeling sharp pain in my back.Thanks Bernard and Kaitlin.

I have been dealing with a back injury for a while and booking sessions with Danny has helped tremendously. He is extremely approachable and possess great knowledge and skills with what he does - I highly recommend!

Part 2/2She refused a refund and implied that they have no way to know whether or not I’ve filed the session to insurance already for coverage. In my email and during my phone call I reiterated that I had not claimed it with insurance yet because I first wanted to give them a chance to respond to resolve the problem— before I did anything that couldn’t be undone. Jackie outright said they won’t be doing anything for me including another service to address the initial problem and to make up for what happened. She also said she has to protect both myself and Bernard from all of this so she couldn’t book us together again. Realistically, the only thing Bernard needs protection from is his own decision making.This could have been remedied by a 30min session focusing on the original areas I wanted worked on (calves and outer hips) and would have ended there. Instead, I’m left with a terrible impression of Bernard, the clinic, reception, and I have to write this awful review. Not to mention money wasted and the 2 phone calls.If nobody can own up to the mistake and compensate it AFTER the session, then how can I trust these people to do right by me if I speak up during the session? Sure, there must be some level of decorum and professionalism but I was already clear that I didn’t want conflict and had feelings of guilt for being late. I worked a 14 hour day and overslept.I feel the way this was addressed is disrespectful. I’ve been a client for some time and I’ve never had issue or reason to complain with the other therapists. It’s my impression that in this case I’m being accused of both potential insurance fraud (which Jackie mentioned more than twice) and of lying about my experience with Bernard.I also work with clients 1:1 and if someone brought forth an issue to me regarding my work or operations, I would treat them with utmost sincerity and seek ways to compensate or correct what had happened— either immediately or on a different day.In this case, I was simply told there’s nothing to be done besides speaking with Bernard and chalking it up to experience. This is THEIR experience and not one I should have to pay for. They can learn from their mistakes including how they address client concerns. Bernard should have followed what was requested.While I do have preferred RMTs at this location that I would like to keep seeing, I also have personal standards. Being dismissed when I bring up obvious problems falls outside of those standards and based on that alone, I do not feel right in supporting this business.I was referring my own clients to them but now Ill be advising those clients against evolve. When I told a client about this yesterday, she said her brother also had a poor experience at Evolve in relation to an ICBC claim and that she’s heard negative feedback apart from mine.This could have been over with a quick and easy resolution, no emails and no calls and Evolve could have retained the business of 2 regular customers. Jackie opted for conflict, screwed the business, and earned the place some bad reviews.TL;DR- if a client isn’t given the service they ask for, either offer a refund or redo the service.

**Update, the owner, Audra tried to reach me right away, phoned me and tried her best to make things better. I appreciate it and she has a magic hands! Her massage was amazing and I loved every second spending there for her massage! I will come back again to have her massage ❤I wanted a leg massage, but the therapist said its not too tight so you don't have to worry" and did other tighter parts

Fantastic place! My GP recommended this place for massage after a MVA left me with some serious back and neck pain. Audra and her team are awesome.You will not find better more caring massage therapists.This is a 1 stop for wellness as they offer Massage, Acupuncture, Physiotherapy and Clinical counseling now. Evolve helped me get back on my feet all thanks to their commitment for caring for their patients.Been to a few wellness places but hands-down Evolve is the best. Thank you Audra not only for the great massages but also for your level of care and picking a great team!
