Asked for dress lining to be shortened. Picked it up. It was on a hanger and plastic wrap. Hung it up at home. Went to put it on 3 months later and hem not shortened. Went back with the dress and their tag attached and told them no alteration was done. They told me I waited too long to bring it back so no refund and no alteration. I explained I brought them the summer dress in winter and trusted that the alteration was done. It’s now summer so went to put on the dress. They told me I should have checked the alteration before I left their shop. So obviously they are not to be trusted to do what you pay them for…you have to check alterations on pick up. Will never go back!

I brought a wedding dress (attending as a guest) to get it tailored at Quality Cleaners. I needed to get the shoulder straps shortened because they were too big, but when I picked up the dress and tried it on, it was too small.I was disappointed with the result, HOWEVER, I am giving them a 5star review because they fixed it the day BEFORE the wedding, with 2 hours to spare before the closed shop. It was my mistake for bringing it in so late, but the fact that they responded right away with speedy and great customer service, AND fixed my dress togit perfectly on me before the wedding, deserves a 5 star review.I will keep coming here as they truly love their customers and do a good job and getting things tailored. Highly recommend :)

Friendly and accommodating. Cleaning is expertly done in their own plant. Turnaround time is usually 2-3 days, but customer service is top notch! Highly recommend.

I have been coming to this location for years and it’s the best dry cleaners location. I no longer live nearby but still make the trips regularly. You can trust them with you expensive items, amazing repairs too and always on time. These are great people and family business.Thank you!!! 10/10

Terrible service at this dry cleaners, I brought a dress shirt with a small stain on it. They gave it back to me with a big OBVIOUS chemical stain right on the front. They tried arguing with me that it was not their fault and that it was colour fading... I never knew colour fading looks like a chemical stain (sarcasm)...I asked them if they could take it back to the cleaners that they send the shirts to, and see if they can fix it. They were very hesitant to do so because it would probably cost them $4, I finally got them to comply. The shirt came back and is exactly the same, I am demanding compensation, take care of the bill, pay for the ruined shirt. ANYTHING. They won't. and not only that, they are blaming me for the shirt stain. If i could give them a 0/5 I would, business ethics and customer service at this location are at an all time low, take your dry cleaning elsewhere.

This is a wonderful dry cleaning establishment. The owners try very hard to please their customers. I’ve had many alterations done here and have always been happy. We use these dry cleaners exclusively and are always pleased with their service and quality. Lovely lovely people. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough about the service here. Had a massive issue with a custom suit 2 weeks before a wedding. Other places indicated that I might be better off buying something new. They were very confident that they could fix the issue, and they were right! Fantastic, quick and courteous service. Thank you for the help!
