MyHealth is now WELL Health Medical Centre - North York - Ultrasound, X-ray, Mammography & Bone Density

I think I’m blessed that I met Mrs. Jessy Wei when I was doing the ultrasound. I couldn’t have been luckier! She was the friendliest and most pro doctor I’ve ever seen. She had a lot of patience like when she was explaining things (she didn’t get bored or impatient, which I appreciated a lot). I show all my gratitude, appreciation, and thanks to her. If it were on a scale of one to five, I’d instead rate her at six. Thank you Jessy, for all the kindness you showed to me with, again, a bunch of patience.

I was pleasantly surprised by my first visit to this clinic !The receptionist was kind , respectful and helpful. I came earlier and didn’t even need to wait , the technician kindly asked me to come for ultrasound, everything went fast , easy and pain free.I really enjoyed the experience here ( I’ve been to other places doing same procedures)I’ll recommend this location 100%The only thing that can be confusing is entrance , it’s located on the side of the building facing Finch street. After you came inside, go downstairs and follow the signs

Wow! This my first time this place. The front desk is very very sweet, respectful and professional than my other ultrasound place. I will use this place for now on. The place is bigger than other MyHealth at Thornhill (once be there). The blond lady who did my ultrasound was such a respectful and care the patients! Also I like how they treat Hard of Hearing person. I was planning using phone for speaker but the staff speaking clearly. I am SO HAPPY! Highly recommend this location and will make all my future appointments there! Thanks you.

Appointment was booked and I was gently reminded through texts. Ample parking and entrance was well marked. A friendly greeting when I entered and my appointment was right on time. The technician was just lovely and ensured I was comfortable and kept me informed of every aspect. It could not have been easier or more pleasant. Thank you.

Lori or Laurie (sorry don't remember exact name) the lady who does mammograms, was absolutely amazing, kind, and very professional. Thank you very much for such professional service! The girl at the reception was also very welcome. Many thanks to all!

My MRI technician, Laurie T. Is absolutely a beautiful and rare gem. I have had her as a tech 2 years ago and was happy to see her again. She makes me feel comfortable and she is kind and skilled. Completes the uncomfortable task with ease. I will continue to come to this location. Thank you Laurie.

The front desk staff are great! The customer service on the phone is also generally good and responsive. However my visit to the clinic for an ultrasound appointment was not a pleasant experience. The technician made a mistake mixing up my file with other customers’. Thankfully it didn’t seem to lead to a bad consequence but that is questioning. The bed is very uncomfortable. It’s already hard for a woman in her third trimester to lie flat on her back for one hour. But the technician kept telling me not to adjust my body. I was simply making myself comfortable. I recommend adding an option of lifting up the part where patients lie their head so it could be more comfortable. Another thing is that the photo printed out at the end was terrible, nothing like a baby, and in poor definition compared to two other clinics I’ve visited before. This is our first baby and we were excited to see our baby on the screen and it hasn’t been a good experience at this place.

I had a superb experience. No waiting and social distancing was in place. More importantly the technician was very detailed oriented and knowledgeable. I asked his name: Reza Abbasi (or something like that). My problem with other places I went to was that it seemed like the technician just wanted to do his/her job asap and get to the next patient. But here I felt like the technician actually cared about my health and concerns. Very friendly too.

Arrived early and was attended to quickly by receptionist. Almost no waiting time. Technician met me on time, very friendly and efficient. Scan was done professionally and very quickly. In and out of clinic in less than 30min. Very impressed compared to service I had coming from another province.

I visited 4949 Bathurst location last week and had a great experience. Centre was clean, lady at the reception was very polite and professional. I came a little bit earlier than my appointment time and they called me right away. Blond lady who did my ultrasound was such a sweetheart! I rarely see professionals who love their job and care about patients like her in Canada’s health care. Highly recommend this location and will make all my future appointments there! Thank you
