EDIT: Thank you Mark for replying and reaching out. I have been issued a refund, really appreciate you going above and beyond to rectify this situation!Brought in a dress on Tuesday and was told it would be ready on Friday. Went in on Friday and Saturday and was told it was not ready and not even in the same building. When it was ready on Monday I asked if there was any discount since it was late, was told it was the same price, after some insisting they offered 10% off. The dress still has stains.

I had my Nike down jacket cleaned here. My jacket got damaged (the feathers on the back are clumping together) due to dry cleaning. I went to the store, and they didn't account for the damage. They told me that my jacket has a defect with dry cleaning, so they are not responsible. I google and find that you can't dry-clean down jackets. Also, the tag on my jacket mentions Do Not Dry Clean. They were supposed to know this and choose the CORRECT method for the customer's cloth. But they dry-cleaned it anyway. When the fabric got damaged due to their mistake, they won't be taking any responsibility. I will never come to this store again.

Great dry cleaner and friendly service. Removed spots from clothes that I didn’t think they could get out. Well done!They also have a seamstress who altered both my wedding dress and my daughter’s flower girl dress and they fit perfectly now! Thank you!

We were initially frustrated when our order was delayed, but they went out of their way to resolve this, including delivering the clothes as soon as they were finished. Friendly, honest and genuine. Had my duvet and dress cleaned, as well as, a zipper replacement on pants. Dry cleaning done beautifully. Zipper change did not need to be done, I was using it wrong…lol. Regardless, he showed me why my zipper was not staying up and was so kind and non-judgemental about the whole thing. Lovely staff, genuine, funny. A lovely experience
