Horrible and rude staff. There was a mix up with the seller of my package, so instead of being delivered directly to my home, I had to call and make sure they left it at the post office. When I went to pick it up, the woman was snippy and gave me a big lecture. I apologized and explained about the mix up, but she continued on with the lecture as if she hadn't heard me. After the lecture, she slammed the package on the counter, and didn't even check my ID, which I was told was necessary. I get that people can be having bad days; I have them at my job as well. But when I'm dealing with a client, I do it with a smile on my face, no matter what kind of day I'm having. I would rather drive to another town to get my mail, than step foot in this building again.

Horrible service, rude cranky staff that are very inconsiderate and near spiteful. Sent our packages back because of incorrect spelling on our last name, even had the audacity to show us the package and tell us we couldn’t have it. Reported to Canada post, and they told us they were supposed to give us the packages with confirmation of ID. Needless to say it was a horrible experience dealing with this place.GOOD LUCK!!
