Imperial made miracles happen with my bridesmaid dress last summer! When my dress came in from David's bridal it was way too small, the zipper on the back would only go halfway up (I had ordered the size recommended by a Davids Bridal staff member, as they didn't have my dress in my size to try on). It was too late to order a bigger size, so I brought it in to Imperial. There weren't many seams and they doubted that they would be able to let out enough to make the dress fit, but they were willing to try. They also offered a back-up plan of removing the zipper and making a corset-back.I don't know how they did it, but they managed to make the dress fit (with the zipper)! The seams held for the whole day/night, and i paid the same amount to have my dress reconstructed" that my friends in Toronto paid just to have theirs hemmed.I'll be bringing another dress in soon

Excellent work at reasonable prices. Very accommodating when work needs to be done quickly. I try not to misuse this service.

Super professional, great work and really reasonably priced.Took a maternity parka in to have the zipper replaced right before Christmas and the lock down. It took less than two days for them to have it ready for me.

Went for the first time and they have a very clean and organized set up. Very friendly and pleasant. The alterations however complicated gets done professionally. They are very creative with creating a new design when trying to alter a more complicated item that is just too big on. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is lovely. Highly recommend this lovely and efficient couple.

Alex is totally the best. He is very professional but friendly and is also helpful. He does excellent work beyond my expectations. Repairs are done when he says they will be. He charges very reasonable prices for such quality work.

Good customer service. Initially had a misunderstanding with respect to the price for a small repair, however the owner reached out immediately and solved the issue.Quality of work is top notch and I do really appreciate the efforts that they made to correct a billing issue after the fact, this speaks to the good character of the owners.Definitely recommend!!
