Lies and tricks, intentionally delay and force us into high interest loan at last days before loan renewal. was it legal? yes maybe, but I am pretty sure it was unethical.

Had a mortgage with them and had a decent experience getting that set up (they obviously wanted me business then), but when it came time to renew it was impossible to get a hold of them. Was promised information, it never came. They emailed me 100 times but never returned a phone call. They clearly don’t care about their customers or the experience they have. I cannot I’m good conscience recommend these people, there are significantly better mortgage brokers out there.

Really happy with my experience. Was shown different lending options with the pros/cons of each option explained thoroughly. Once I picked my lender, my broker went through the entire application and commitment with me and was able to answer my questions and concerns. It really made the mortgage process quick, easy and informative

Justin was absolutely AMAZING in getting us our mortgage! Not only was he determined from the start to get the lowest possible rate, he locked us in before the rates went up and when we thought we had lost hope, he pulled through and got us the mortgage from our prefered lender. He was extremelly prompt in calls and emails getting back to us, and I would 100% recommend him to all friends and family looking for a mortgage. We will definitely use them on our next home purchase, and if I could give 10 stars for Justin and Brenda, I would.
