Had great experience dealing with these guys. The girls Arthika and Simar were more than amazing and explained everything really well. From signing up to locking the storage, everything was assisted super well!The place is very clean, easy to use and secure. Highly recommended!

Great customer service from Arthikha. Sign up process was a breeze, and the place is very clean and well laid out. The mobile app has worked perfectly the couple of times I’ve been.

This is a nice new clean storage facility. I like that it is operated by an app so I didnt have to bring in my own lock. Simer walked me through the process, showed me my unit, and taught me how to use the app correctly. I am glad I chose this place to store my belongings. I am definitely recommending my friends and family here! Thank you

The app doesn’t work well which can make storing here very unsafe. Everything worked until we got to the storage unit and the app said it was unlocked, but it clearly wasn’t unlocked. The location function worked, but not the unlocking option for some reason. I made sure the storage locker number matched the unit, I made sure I was within Bluetooth range, and I even asked other storage users to help me by showing me how they unlock their unit. Nothing worked. I called the general phone number, the phone number for the location, I made a report on the app, I requested on their website for them to call me. No one answered. If someone was somehow locked in the storage facility because the app wasn’t working and no one picked up the phone call, that would be very dangerous - especially since you need the app to work to drive out the front gate. Apps are great, but not if they don’t work.

Terrible service. I never write reviews but I haven’t been so mad in a long time. Drove all the way there to try open my locker to grab my stuff and it didn’t work. Called customer service and everything and they promised someone would get back to me but no one did. You don’t understand how frustrating and stressful of an inconvenience it is to not be able to unlock your unit to get the stuff you NEED and the WASTE of time and petrol to get there. Imagine if you had to hire a moving van to go grab your stuff that you’ve paid for at least a a year of storage for and it doesn’t work.Don’t even consider going here I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

The customer service at this facility is amazing. Simer helped inform me of all the different storage options. She was very thorough in her explanation. She then took me on a short tour to view the facility. The facility is amazingly clean. Overall my experience was great and would recommend this storage unit.

Simer was great help to me today. She is very genuine in her communication, and knowledgeable about the storage units. My experience with her help was great. I also like the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. I note that Gary is very friendly and humorous too, even though he was not the one who was helping me today. I really enjoyed communicating with both Simer and Gary today.
