Very pleased with customer service but twice I received damaged goods so I just have given up. Not worth my time to go to the post office and hope 3 times lucky.After speaking with customer service they sent me another package and it was damage free. I know it's not the fault of Bio-Sol , things get thrown around as the shippers handle them. So I am happy to say that I have my treatment in one piece and thank you Bio-Sol. Great customer service and very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Highly recommend to anyone looking for very strong knowledge and expertise in the septic systems. Thanks again Bio-Sol

Ordered online, was promptly acknowledged by email and then a couple days later I had a follow up call from a Bio-Sol rep with instructions to ensure I used their product correctly. I was able to ask a number of questions that I had and all were answered positively.The moderate Septic shock treatment worked for me. The moist soil at ground level disappeared in 3 weeks and with cold fall weather closing in fast that was a welcome relief. Snow melts off the septic tank lids now and it hasn't done that in a couple years.

À date, l’on peut facilement constater que le niveau de l’eau dans la fosse a considérablement diminué. Je suis très satisfait du produit et compte faire un traitement choc chaque année. Vraiment super.

Le traitement choc a réglé mon problème de drainage de mon champ d'épuration. Le niveau d'eau dans ma fosse sceptique (côté liquide) se maintient à son niveau normal depuis.Merci!

You can buy enzymes and bacteria for septic systems from a variety of sources and some may be as effective as Bio-Sol, however one thing that sets them apart is the customer service. They didn't prescribe anything until they phoned me and asked for a complete explanation of my concern. From there, they offered an economical solution and did not try to upsell me. After a couple of months, they have touched base to ensure my satisfaction. 10/10 Bio-Sol! I absolutely intend to keep up with the treatments – it's saved us thousands of dollars.
