Very poor service for my fathers funeral Despite planning ahead as we knew the date of passing we were bumped in time and location of room for a bigger funeral No options were given initially until we refused to change time Most everyone was travelling from 2 hours +to get to Bolton. Technical difficulties with the audiovisual equipment, changes made but not initially offered No live streaming , we had to do it ourselves. Overall poor service and customer service from Corey Egan. Much better with Elaine Egan at least she compromised

Elaine, Cory and the entire Egan Funeral Home team provide professional and compassionate services. From the first call they are caring, helpful and thoughtful. We are grateful for the recent services they provided for our family but they have provided services to our family for many years. You can count on the team to be sympathetic and supportive during a very difficult time.

Egan Funeral Home was amazing at showing promptness, compassion, understanding and patience during this very difficult time. Corey was helpful and answered all my questions during my visits and after hours. A true family owned business that genuinely cares about the deceased and their loved ones. I am very thankful for all of their heartfelt care during this difficult time.

The entire Egan team provided exemplary compassionate service for my husband’s funeral. Elaine, Deborah, Corey, Ron and everyone else on the Egan team were helpful, compassionate and professional.Corey was the funeral director I met with who guided me through the process from the first meeting to the completion of the funeral. He took care of the all the details but more importantly he handled everything with compassion, understanding and wise guidance.So many things that I had to do myself for my parent’s funerals in Toronto were handled for me. The slideshow, funeral cards and guest book were so well done, creative and personalized beautifully.The service was beautiful thanks to Rev. Lisa Naumann and musicians Andrea and Haydn who were recommended to me. The food was as outstanding as Corey had said it would be. I was overwhelmed by the number of people who attended the funeral but Egans quickly accommodated everyone. The livestream of the funeral was very important for those who could not attend in person. I highly recommend Egan’s. They take care of everything and that really has helped me navigate through this challenging time.

The team at Egan Funeral Home are amazing throughout the process of dealing with a family members death. They went above and beyond to meet our needs, even with the limitations imposed as a result of the COVID-19 measures. Every single person we dealt with was professional, compassionate and responsive. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Elaine and all the staff at the Egan Funeral home, I can't tell you how much you assisted us and made everything so effortless. My vision of Izzy's Celebration of Life went perfectly and was exactly as I envisioned it, better than I imagined. I cried when I walk into the beautifully arraigned room. The guestbook filled with the photos; so perfectly placed, was appreciated by all. The staff kept everything running so smoothly throughout the 5 hour celebration. They accommodated the large crowds of friends, family and the community of Bolton with kindness and grace. It all seemed so effortless. The continued support after it all was done is so appreciated. From beginning to end, our families experience with Egan funeral home and the staff, has made the experience during this very difficult time most comforting. Elaine was a pleasure to deal with in answering all of our questions about the arrangements and Corey ensured our experience was flawless and that all we had to do is grieve, they took care of the rest. The facility is beautiful and comforting in every way. Thank you Egan for going above and beyond for our loved one.

Our family had a wonderful experience dealing with Egan Funeral Home. Corey was the first person I spoke with on the phone, he was very supportive and professional. He helped us arrange everything from the visitation to funeral mass. Corey was pleasant and guided us every step of the way, no question was left unanswered. He even allowed us to bring our dog for a final good bye and have the Harley displayed at the entrance. Elaine brought us to the cemetery to pick out a plot. Deborah was wonderful with email correspondence in a timely manner. Ron did a fantastic job contacting The Knights of Columbus for us and coordinated Honour Guards at the visitation. Louise was a fantastic hostess at the luncheon and such a sweet lady. We were amazed at how involved everybody was to make our arrangements for my dad that much easier for us all. Thank you for everything!

Corey and the Egan Funeral Home team helped our family in a compassionate and professional way. Every step for before , during and after is explained fully and they are always available for any questions that may arise. It is unfortunate that government COVID restrictions limited what could be done during this time but it makes sense and that is the way it is and Egan's helped us to navigate through it in a caring way.
