Worst customer service. Never pick up the call when customer have questions. Tell customers that they have good products but provide different items. Not recommended at all.

HORRIBLE customer service. Stay away at all costs. Our Murphy bed was no longer opening (we've been using it for not even 2 years) and we've been waiting for it to be fixed since May. They sent 2 technicians beginning June who said they needed a month to get the broken piece. Today (more than a month later with no news) after I followed up they said they will have to send me another technician to check it so they can eventually fix it! This is very funny :D My kids have been sleeping on the floor since then...
