I did not purchase anything from here before, though they have quite an impressive selection. The prices are a bit steep, I think, due to them importing things from Japan and the fact they are authentic.I will not step foot in here again. I had no greeting whatsoever other than the guy giving me a second glance and telling me I'm not allowed to carry my bag in the store. Which is fine, I understand that theft is a thing that happens and that is their policy, but there was no greeting between me entering the store and leaving. Literally nothing else was said. It left me feeling really out of place and I decided to leave after a few minutes of browsing because I couldn't shake feeling so awkward.

Big selection and a very cool showcase, but prices are quite high

I've never felt so uncomfortable walking into a store. I understand that they're trying to avoid theft, but I don't think they should treat us inhumanly, or like we're all criminals. I just want to enjoy and browse, but can't do that while being rushed and watched with poor customer service.Please come up with better and more humane methods to avoid theft.

Everything is tidy and well organized. I was left alone to browse around for an extended period of time on a Thursday afternoon.They kindly ask you to leave big backpacks at the cashier and that's understandable due to the low margins and stock most imported products have.Neurotypical customers will have a good time at this place. I saw a fully grown adult drop his iced latte twice, so I won't be surprised if they don't allow drinks inside.

I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store like this one... My boyfriend and I have visited twice and oh my god.. they made me feel like a common thief. The manga and figures are really expensive which is expected ,therewere maybe two nice workers in that whole store ! Might not return in the near future.

Did not have a good experience here. Saw the no food or drink sign before entering so I finished my iced coffee but there was no trash bin within view from the storefront so I figured I could take the empty cup in. Halfway into the store a employee rudely told me that I couldn’t have a drink in the store and when I said it was empty he said “You can take it and throw it in the trash outside”. Fine, I went back out and set the empty cup in front of the store to pick up on the way out and headed back in. Then as I’m looking at figures I hear someone say “HELLO!” very rudely so I turn around and when I do the same rude employee says I have to leave my bag at the front because they have issues with theft. Again, I totally understand that but it could have been communicated to me in a nicer way. At that point I had decided that I wasn’t going to give this store any money of mine. Had a lot to choose from but the employees were rude and kept bothering my friends and I while we were browsing. The rude employee said “It’s a small store so be mindful of that” but I think most customers can agree that this is the type of store you spend a bit in browsing. Anyway, the items were overpriced and because of this experience I will not be coming back.

They have a decent selection of anime items but they’re very expensive. Some of the employees here are quite rude especially from the dark skin guy. There is barely any greeting nor assistance when entering the store. Sometimes I would buy something once in a while if I could afford but they seem to have a problem with me just browsing around. I could fully hear them complaining about that which got me on my nerves. They need to work on their manners and communicate skills.

After doing on a bit research I decided to give this store a try because I’ve been eyeing on this figure awhile ago and they do have the item in stock.But it’s so disappointed when I walked in the store with no welcoming or even greeting from the staffs. Especially the guy middle age with the glasses. I just genuinely asked a few questions since I’m super new with this hobbies. All I received back is the disdain on this guy’s face. Too bad I’m about to purchase few items in the store. I do not recommended this store to any clients since they have no hospitality and respect for their clients! This totally ruined my shopping experience.

This place has a great selection of items that are HEAVILY overpriced, think 3 times the retail price. Posted on the door it says no food or drink inside, which is fine. However, there’s no trash bin within blocks of the place, and they refuse to throw out any items for you despite also selling canned and bottled soda in their store. Some of the staff seemed to be TRYING to be “helpful” but really they’re just trying to get you to rush and buy an item and get you out of the store. They practically refuse to let you do any browsing for more than 10 minutes despite their shelves being packed from floor to ceiling with items. They have a heavy set of rules but only the food/drink one was posted and the main cashier was very rude to people entering the store including myself to make people aware of these rules. Not worth the time OR money especially since it’s so overpriced. I would avoid this place, it’s a shame they had some cool items.

The shop lives up to its name, the store is small so there is a a limit on how many can be I there which is appreciated because you can move around the aisles with ease.Since you need to drop your bag off at the counter, I would want to get a ticket/badge back so no one takes my bag accidentally.The store is filled to the tops with figures, build kits, manga and merchandise. They have a massive variety of characters so there is something for everyone. In terms of cost the products are on the pricey side.The staff where very nice and I would go back to treat myself to a kit sometime.
