I'm super Happy with Velo A&A, Andrew is great!No shops are willing to Service E-Bikes they don't sell in the South Shore.Andrew went out of his way to cross the bridge to Longueuil, and service my Lectric E-Bike. I booked a Full Maintenance, he was done pretty quickly as my bike was in excellent shape. When he was done he only billed me for a regular Maintenance. I wouldn't have known any better if he billed me the full one, it's hard finding someone who's that honest these days.I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer when it's time for maintenance. (I've been having a much smoother ride since he worked on my bike)

This service is amazing! I reserved online without having to speak to anyone, and Andrew showed up right on time with the part I asked him to bring via my online reservation. He was so friendly, patient, and efficient. The cost of the basic tune-up is amazing, and Andrew is so honest that I had to remind to pay for the part I ordered! A&A beats any bike store in NDG/Westmount who 1) wouldn't even see me for a tune-up, or 2) would only see me in more than two weeks and tried to upsell me on everything. I will definitely use this service again, and recommend that everyone else does too.
