I have been a member of NTA for 2 years and grateful I joined. If you are looking to lose weight, build confidence and feel great after an intense workout this is the place to be. Workouts are always intense, challenging and fun. I lost 60lbs and still going strong, thank you to Maria for excellent classes, motivation and the very best training. No regrets!

I started here last year. I've known Maria over 10 years. She went to become a professional fighter and upon reconnecting I saw she opened a school in Vaughan. It has been a fantastic experience. It's a family atmosphere where we share blood, sweat and absolutely no tears!!! It's awesome...no regrets and if you are looking to lose weight or learn how to kick some a$$ then this is the place. I walked in at 190 and am down to 160. True results and I have never felt better!!!

When I went for my first class at North Training Academy I was introduced to a new type of fitness that I have come to love and enjoy. Kru Maria is fantastic at what she does and I can't thank her enough for her contribution to my new level of fitness!

I started coming here a couple months after my second daughter was born and was so glad I did! Super supportive and friendly environment with a fantastic teacher, Maria at the helm! Highly recommended!

They are very humble and welcoming, I chatted with Kru Kru Maria on Instagram and she responded pretty quick to my messages and questions. So i booked a Trail with Coach Mikey, he was great and has great knowledge.I would probably tell everyone I know to go to NTA for fitness goals and self defence.AJ

Signed my daughter up to train here a few months ago. When I see how much she has learned and accomplished in so little time I am truly amazed. Her trainer Maria Is dedicated to making sure that all her students leave every class motivated, confident and sweating from a workout. Seriously impressed with this establishment. Adults and kids classes for beginner or advanced pupils. Clean, homegrown and equipped. I cant say enough good things about this place. If you're looking to enroll yourself or your children here, look no further. You wont be disappointed.

Amazing gym, amazing trainers. This gym is like a second family, keeps you motivated and the workouts are super fun but make you work! Would recommend this gym for anyone in the Woodbridge area!

I have lost 19 lbs In 2 months. The owner Maria is amazing and helps push you along the way and make sure that you reach your goals the classes are fun and very challenging cleanest gym I've ever been in everyone is so welcoming and supportive. Thank you Maria for all the help
