It was a great experience in dealing with Tim Rangen of Concept Realty. We are first-time home buyers, and I thought it will be stressful. Of course there are so much things to learn about. Tim is very professional and he never forced his opinion on us in buying a house; but he did educate us in what we have to look out in buying a new home. He is also fast in communicating with the owners whether we can view the properties by that certain weekend. I knew we were well taken care of. Great job Tim!

This was our first experience selling a home, and it was definitely not an easy thing to do. We are super grateful to Tim and Concept for walking us through the process every step of the way and making sure all our questions were answered. They always laid out all our options for us and made sure we understood all of the information. We had a lot of quick, difficult decisions we had to make - but they had our back through the entire process. They were excellent with communicating with us from start to finish. If we ever do another real estate deal, Concept will be our first call.

I dealt with Ty Elliot and he was great from start to finish. He was the only realtor that actually followed up with me. He checked in with me daily, answered ALL of my questions and went above and beyond. I am very grateful that he was referred to me and I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. I even received flowers and a card on my closing day. Overall a wonderful experience!

I thought I would be moving to Red Deer last year. I connected with Tim Rangen. Right from the start I knew he was the realtor for me. He’s honest, and he does his research before answering questions. I ended up having to cancel my search in Red Deer because of professional reasons. My search began in Drumheller and I had some issues so I reached out to Tim, who was more than willing to help me in this small town. He drove out, spent the whole afternoon helping me, and due to personal and professional reasons, I had to pull out of that too. Tim has still remained kind and understanding. I will 110% be using him again when my house search begins, hopefully this time in Red Deer. Tim thank you so much for all you’ve done.

What more can you ask of a Real estate agent but that she does what she says she will? Shelby Sieppert sold my house for more than what I thought I would sell it for and in less than 10 days! She was fast, professional, fair, and wonderful. She went out of her way to help get showings arranged and even put my dog in the yard (and fed her!!) while I was working and was not available to move her for a showing.Shelby made this process positively wonderful. Selling and buying a house is never easy and can feel invasive, but she made the ordeal a happy experience.Concept realty made my dream of moving to the east coast a reality. Working with Victoria was a real pleasure. It did not take long to find a home, even though we had an extremely limited criteria. She went above and beyond to answer and research our questions. Recently my husband and I relocated from Calgary to Red Deer which I was expecting to be very stressful. We came in contact with Tim Rangen and he made the process super easy and was extremely considerate to our schedule as we had to drive over an hour to come for viewings. He is the reason we were able to find a great house in a relatively short time frame as it got shortened. I’ve already referred him to a family member who is moving to the area and I will refer him to anyone else who asks.
