Wow, Awful! used to come here often and the burgers were great. But now the food is awful. Dry old buns, over cooked bacon, over cooked burnt hamburger patties. They definetely did a 180. I would not recommend this place to eat anymore.

Without a doubt, the Smash Burger at Dougie’s was the best burger I ate in 2021. Liked it so much, I went back after our walk and ordered a Junior Smash Burger to go! Made for a delicious July Sunday in Winnipeg. The chocolate milkshake was to die for as well.

Disappointing experience with Dougie’s. I ordered a double cheeseburger on its own, it took 45 minutes to get my order. I really wasn’t expecting that kind of wait time for a walk up and order style of take out place. I know several other customers were experiencing the same, as I overheard similar or longer wait times. A heads up about the wait when ordering would have been a reasonable courtesy. I do have to say that the burger was tasty, but not worth waiting around for nearly an hour. Hopefully they can improve.

I think the double bacon cheeseburger is the best in the city. Poutine is made with curly fries and curds and also slaps. I could eat here everyday.

My favourite burgers in Winnipeg. I alternate between the smash and the double bacon cheeseburger. I agree that they’re not more traditional thin smashed patties but still fantastic. Chicken burger has great seasoning. Not a fries guy but I liked theirs a lot.

I was excited to try a new, local place with a very good looking starter menu. The beef burgers were great along with the fries and chicken tenders. The chicken sandwich however was a major disappointment. It was very dry and hard. I had high hopes for that one as I love spicy chicken. I will definitely want to come back and would love to give you guys another chance to get the chicken burger right. That would push it to five stars. Thank you

Smash burger might be one of the best burgers in Winnipeg. And the yam fries with honey dill absolutely KILLED. I’m not normally a sweet potato person, but my god those fries were good.

It was pretty good, little salty though and not a true smash burger in my opinion. It was a little thick and didn't have lacey edges like a true smash burger. I am a little critical on my rating because the menu said smash burger.
