Paul with Insight Home Inspections was great! I was referred to Paul from a friend and I first contacted him though email on his website, he responded very quickly and was able to schedule me for the day and time I needed. I am a first time home buyer so I was a little nervous about the process and had my experienced family and my realtor there to help with the process. Not only was I impressed by his work and attention to detail but everyone else attending was impressed. Paul was very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. He is clearly very experienced and educated in his field and it really showed through in his work. He took the time to answer any questions I had and explained what things meant for me now and in the long term. By the end of his visit I felt very confident and knowledgeable in purchasing my house. He followed up the inspection with an 80 page report which outlined anything and everything I needed to know about and the report was filled with photo’s and examples so I knew exactly where and what he was talking about. Paul completed a home inspection for us twice. He is incredibly thorough. He has a drone to see aerial views of the home and completes thermal and moisture scans as part of his inspection. He goes by each floor/area of the house one by one, after he has inspected them, with the buyer, so it's not overwhelming at the end and you completely understand the results of the home inspection even before you receive the quote. He is extremely patient and always willing to answer questions, during the inspection and after. I'd highly recommend using his services.
