Westisle Heating and Cooling installed our heatpump last December and did the first servicing on it a few days ago. Each time the service was prompt, on time, efficient and exceptionally clean. Westisle installed a heatpump for us, they went above and beyond. Extra thanks to the lead installer who stayed late and came back to finish up. It was all done clean and professionally the salesman was knowledgeable walked us through everything. Thank you we are warm now and looking forward to the cooling this summer.

We were impressed with the service we received from Westisle. The technician Kyle was great. He was informative, friendly, polite and efficient. He took the time to explain the system to us (we recently purchased a new home) and made sure we understood exactly what he was doing and what we could do in the future to keep our heat pumps working effectively. I think you have a valuable resource in Kyle, he is a good company representative. We would happily engage his services in the future.

Had a very positive experience. Replacing our old gas furnace with a heat pump system looked like a daunting job to me. But Jasper from Westisle showed up on day promised and had the new system up and running on day two with only a few hours interruption in heating (good, since it was December!).

David was very friendly and knowledgeable. Being new to heat pumps, I had alot of questions and spent most of the time following him around. He didn't seem to mind either, and happily answered all my questions. Thank you very much. We feel much better knowing our system is in good shape for its age, and also what to keep an eye on moving forward.

The Westisle technician, Kyle installed a new ductless heatpump system in our 3-storey home. Both the inside and outside units were installed perfectly and are running well. I particularly appreciated both Kyle and Robin going the extra mile and allowing me to prepaint the outside duct casing before it was installed.

Made an appointment and they had a cancellation so they called and were able to come earlier. The charges for the repair were made known before the job was started and no time was wasted in completing the repair. This is the second time in a number of years that I've had them and will certainly call them again if needed.
